He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology between 1997 and 2001. Prior to his university education, he attended Government College Ughelli from 1986 to 1989 and Ajao Estate Grammar School from 1984 to 1986, where he completed his secondary education. Julius began his professional career in Nigeria with Cotecna Inspection Limited in Ikoyi Lagos from May 2003 to December 2005, working in the Data Entry Department. In this role, he analyzed and assessed documentation, entered and verified data in electronic systems, and coordinated quality control processes through the reexamination of documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with the Nigeria Customs and Federal Government of Nigeria Import regulations .
